The email from Southfork Kitchen last week hinted that the space would not be vacant long: "We have passed the torch on to the next chef, Todd Jacobs, who will continue with local, seasonal, and sustainable cuisine." Todd Jacobs, most recently chef at the Allegria Hotel and chef at the former Atlantica in Westhampton Beach, will be opening Fresh before summer in the space, serving New American dishes made from local and natural ingredients in a "deconstructed" menu where everything is a la carte.
