Local favorite bakeshop Tate's is expanding to add a 3000sf kitchen that will be certified gluten-free. Currently Tate's offers gluten-free brownies and chocolate chip cookies, but it will add two new gluten-free flavors—ginger zinger and double chocolate chip--to its line with the new kitchen. The new facility will be able to produce 400,000 cookies and brownies a week.
