More details today on the East Hampton outpost of T-Bar Steak & Lounge at 44 Three Mile Harbor Road. The new venture will be called Sienna Restaurant & Ultralounge which will offer "a European-inspired dining and entertainment experience, featuring Tony Fortuna's T-Bar concept as Sienna Restaurant by T-Bar." Executive Chef Ben Zwicker will be in charge of dinner five nights a week (Weds-Sunday), with weekend brunches, and Saturday nights in the "ultralounge" will feature a lineup of DJs brought to you by David Sarner and Robert Montwaid of Pink Elephant.
