Regarding the new house built by Jeffrey Collé: "McMansions sell so well because most people, buyers, don't have the courage to be distinctive. Builders know this and give them the same old stuff, just more of it to feed their sense of success and approval from the other nachschleppers." (A "noch schlepper" is someone who rides on others' coattails.)
