East Hampton Mansion Returns With $5M Vengeance

New, 6 comments

Six years ago, this hefty shingled colonial sold for $15 million. But that was then. Now? It's back on the market, only with a $19.950 million price tag. Appreciate that appreciation! We know owner real estate executive Steven Kessner sure will.

While the 2.5-acre property isn't actually on the ocean, it's pretty darn close. No cigar, but deeded ocean access. As well as more than 8,5000 square feet of living space, a sizable pool cabana, and a tennis court—all of which is surrounded by extremely lush landscaping. Hopefully these perks elevate the property to the same caliber estate as Della Femina's old place, which recently sold in the $20 million price range.
