The first oceanfront property to hit the market after Hurricane Sandy also appears to be one of the first few such properties to find a buyer! Priced at a hefty $30 million, the 4.3-acre oceanfront spread made waves (sorry!) when it hit the market back in November. But we're far more impressed by how quickly this place found a new owner: the listing entered into contract in about three months! Factoring in beach traffic, this sale only took like five minutes. Much like the closing price, the fate of this barn-style home is unclear. That said, Curbed commenters seem convinced this thing's about to bite the dust.
