This "mini-compound" in Amagansett is celebrating its second anniversary of being listed for sale by Corcoran. And in those two years the price has not budged: $2.1 million.
For that you get four bedrooms, two bonus rooms, a "secluded setting [that] offers a 20x50 heated gunite pool, a guest cottage/ 2-story studio" and 1.5 acres. Sure, buyers will want to get out the wallpaper stripper, but the price doesn't seem that unreasonable.
So why can't this house find a buyer? Location just north of the highway? Listing photos that seem to have been taken with a circa-2005 cellphone? Your thoughts in the comments, please.
