A number of firms are expanding into new offices in the Hamptons this spring. Halstead Property will open a new office in Southampton; presently they're only in East Hampton. Nancy Hardy will be in charge. Also, Nest Seekers International is to open an office in March in Bridgehampton headed up by Laura Nigro, previously of Douglas Elliman. [Curbedwire]
