There's a lot to like about this 3500sf house. There's a fireplace in the kitchen, nice wide-plank floors throughout, plenty of windows to keep the interiors bright and the great room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling. There's a rather fabulous kidney-shaped pool out back, complete with a pool house and outdoor shower. We don't like the TVs over the fireplaces and the house doesn't have much curb appeal, but none of this probably matters because we bet it'll be torn down. The asking price is fairly reasonable for .87 of an acre in Georgica—a 1.15 acre property close by on Jericho Lane is asking $7M.
