Downstairs, the great room has a Rumford fireplace (efficient!) and there's a front parlor and a porch ready for rocking chairs. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, including a master suite with a fireplace. The house isn't huge, at 2300sf, nor is the plot, at .15 acre, but that's Sag Harbor village for you. The pool is pretty petite, too, at 9' x 20', but there is a very nice outdoor fireplace for lounging around on the patio, so it's a minor quibble.
