Two Years Later, 140 Meadow Lane Sells for $23M

This house first hit the market nearly two years ago. We noted then that it's "located roughly a quarter of a mile from the Cooper's Beach parking lot, the house is set on two acres and offers an incredibly specific 287.26' of ocean frontage." But we predicted that the house was not long for this world, figuring it would be a teardown. We doubted the owners would get anything close to the asking price, which was $26.5M, noting that a similar property had just sold for $21.6M. We guess the $23M the property just sold for is fairly close to $26.5M, but it took two long years to get there.
