We're digging the vintage vibe of this cottage in Springs. It has three bedrooms, two baths in 1700sf, but outside there's a generous .83 of an acre with pretty gardens and a Lutyens-style bench (they're everywhere!). We do think the interiors seem somewhat dark, unless it's the photography, except for the master bedroom, and we're not sure we'd want a bedroom that would get that bright in the mornings, although it would be perfect for an artist's studio. We love the painted wood floors, the built in bookcases, and the furnishing, particularly the 40s rattan in the screen porch, and the cute outbuildings. Price seems ambitious to us—what do you think?
