No stagers were injured in the production of these listing photos, that's for sure. Hard to tell whether or not this 5000sf, seven bedroom, 1951 brick Mediterranean is a teardown from the pictures. Check out the original 1951 knotty pine kitchen cabinets and the "when we say barbecue, we mean BAR-be-cue!" There's also a separate apartment. Really, though, the house is almost an afterthought because the location is so good with spectacular views. It's 1.06 acres (and according to the listing, subdividable) of flood-proof elevation, and facing south-southwest for all-day sun. You get your own sandy beach as well as a dock right on Shinnecock Bay.
