Turns out we weren't the only ones who fell in love with this inviting house on a double lot, right across the street from Havens Beach. Put on the market less than three months ago, it sold almost immediately at full price. Built in 1890, the house's owners have kept all the vintage charm intact (we adore the banquette in the kitchen). OK, the three bedrooms are small, but again, charming and tasteful. Outside, there's a nice entertaining area and a lawn that could be turned into a pool. Out back there is a tiny (300sf) studio with full bath and kitchenette.
