Updated Vintage Three-Bedroom in East Hampton for $1.295M

The worst feature of this house is that it's right in the middle of the village next to a bunch of parking lots. Still, it's nice to be able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the movies. And the house itself is very sweet and pretty. The lot is small at a quarter of an acre but it's attractive. Inside, the décor is a bit odd, with nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms, and IKEA chairs and a baker's rack (huh?) holding the TV in the living room. Oh well, you're not buying the furniture. We love the charming finished attic. The price seems fairly reasonable, considering the place last sold in November 2008 (not a good time!) for $1.375M.
