We originally wrote about this place a year ago, when the asking price was $24.95M. Back in May, we revisited the homey and appealing four-bedroom when the asking price dropped to $19.95M; it sold for $16.45M. While the house itself isn't huge (for the Hamptons) at 4200sf, it's filled with light and space. Not enough space for the new owners? There's plenty of room for expansion or rebuilding with three acres and 371 feet of waterfront on Georgica Pond.
