16 Main Street in Sag Harbor is currently on the market for $2.995M. The 2,500-sq-ft space has long been accused of being "doomed" because so many restaurants have come and gone over the years, including the short-lived Peter Miller's, JLX-Bistro, La Maison, and Pomme Café. But it would seem that the latest restaurant to tempt fate in the spot, Muse in the Harbor, might have finally broken the curse and the current landlord now thinks it's now a good time to unload the property. For their part, Muse says business is great and they have another ten years on their lease, so rest assured that their Super Bowl party with $4 pitchers will go forward as planed.
