"Watchcase/Cape Advisors is definitely the best thing to happen to Sag Habor in a long time. Sag Habor needs a fabulous high-end hotel/restaurant - something to compete with the American Hotel with its overpriced, mediocre restaurant and "olden-days" grandma-decor (sorry... I mean "charm").
