A Three-Bedroom Traditional In Noyack Asks $895K

New, 1 comment

After hitting the market last November, this three-bedroom traditional found a buyer roughly five months later. For whatever reason, that deal fell through and the home went back on the market in June. There haven't been any other takers since then, so the owners just dropped the price by $50K and are hoping $895K will get the job done.

Set on .31 acres, the 2000 sq. ft. home offers a living room with a fireplace, a chef's kitchen, master bedroom with a "a sumptuous master-bath", hardwood flooring throughout, and a basement "ready to be finished." The property itself borders a reserve and features an entertaining patio surrounded by a "lushly landscaped garden" and "detailed rock walls." While the brokerbabble notes that "all [the] Hamptons style finishes" are present, one detail is conspicuously missing: There's no pool. This could very well be a deal breaker for those in the market for a summer home?after a quick viewing of the property on Google Maps, it doesn't look like there's room for one.
