Our completely unscientific poll was split pretty evenly between people who thought the number was right on and those who believed a pricechop was needed to drum up a buyer.
Well, it looks like the home's owner decided to go with the latter group. He's just dropped the price by half a million bucks. The ask is now $3.995M...just like it was back in 2009. Has it finally found the pricing sweet spot or will this glassy five-bedroom need further cuts to get the job done?
