We know that you've all been dying to see what Tom Colicchio had in store for high-end dining fanatics on the East End and we've got the first peek at some menus. As expected, the dishes are vegetable heavy and utilize a great number of local purveyors. Also, and this should come as no surprise to anyone used to paying the "Hamptons Tax," the price point is definitely on the upper end of the spectrum?first courses range from $13 - $24 and entrees are all around $40.
Right now, the restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday, 5:30pm to 10pm, but they'll soon be offering breakfast and lunch (most likely when the 22 guest rooms become available in early 2013). Reservations can be made via Email or by calling 631.537.0870.
