We're really digging this 3000 sq. foot home that just hit the market with a $1.35M pricetag. Set on 2 acres in the privacy-loving Northwest Woods area of East Hampton, the three-bedroom's got a great deal going for it. Cue the brokerbabble:
"The living room has a beautiful cathedral ceiling and a wood burning fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and full bath. The master bedroom is upstairs along with a loft area that can be used as a sitting room or an office. The deck wraps around the back of the house and overlooks the heated gunite pool, and a beautiful lawn." There's also a pretty snazzy screened-in gazebo, a playhouse for the kiddies, an outdoor shower, and an indoor/outdoor sound system. The current owners shelled out $1.22M for the place back in 2007 (uh oh!), but their asking price doesn't seem that outrageous considering the unrealistic expectations many sellers have out here. Thoughts?
