The restaurant in the Topping Rose House, the much-anticipated, long-delayed project from Mr. Top Chef himself, Tom Colicchio, finally has an opening date. Drumroll please...this Saturday! That's right, the vegetable-heavy eatery will be open to the public come the weekend! We've heard positively glowing advance reports from some folks lucky enough to get a sneak preview, but we're waiting to hear from non-friends and family folk who dine at the 50-seat restaurant.
