How Do You Define A 'Cidiot?'

Since we started off the season's Thursday Open Threads with "How Do You Define A Local?" we thought it only fitting to end by asking: How do you define a 'cidiot?' You know the type: They can't drive, can't park, believe money trumps common courtesy, and are just insufferable to be around. Now, we wouldn't claim that everyone who visits the area from Manhattan falls into this category, but the East End certainly gets its fill of...shall we say...less-than-pleasant people (especially during the month of August) from the big city.

So, leave those descriptions in the comments. We'll be rounding up our favorite responses early next week. And try to behave yourselves. No threats of physical violence, please. They'll be deleted.
