After 15 Months, East Hampton Three-Bedroom Gets Chop #1

New, 2 comments

Looks like it's pricechop week on Oyster Shores Road. First, it was #26 getting a massive $500K cut and now #50 has decided to join in on all the fun. After hitting the market back in May of 2011, the ask on this three-bedroom contemporary just took an equally impressive $400K hit. The pricetag is now $1.995M.

Set on half an acre, the 1400 sq. ft. home offers a "sunsplashed open living plan," a great room with fireplace, exposed beams and wood flooring throughout, and an "efficient kitchen" (brokerspeak for "small"). Out back, you'll find a nice little deck overlooking Three Mile Harbor and a bulkheaded swimming pool surrounded by a stone patio. We kinda dig the place (especially those views), though we suspect another pricechop or two will be required before someone signs on the dotted line.
