How Much For A Restaurant With A Four-Bedroom Loft?

New, 1 comment

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide some details and pictures from a local listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Friday, we reveal the answer. No cheating!

What: 142 seat restaurant (18 outside) with a four-bedroom loft
Where: 63 Main Street, Sag Harbor
Square Feet: 6800
The Skinny: For those looking to get into the commercial property game*, we direct your attention to 63 Main Street in Sag Harbor. Currently housing Page, the almost-7000 sq. ft. building has been on and off the market for a few years, but just recently hit the listings once again. It's zoned for 142 diners, offers a full standing basement and partial crawl, a fully equipped restaurant kitchen (we would hope!), and has been renovated twice since 1990. The building also comes with a pretty decent-looking four-bedroom/two-bathroom loft on the second floor. So, Curbed readers, how much is it going to take to become Sag Harbor's newest commercial landlord?
