In case you're not suffering from new-store exhaustion just yet, today brings word of yet another Manhattan transplant hitting the East End. The West Village's Karma artist bookstore/gallery is set to open on Amagansett's 249 Main Street early next month. In addition to offering new, vintage and rare books, they also plan to utilize the front yard, turning it into a sculpture garden. The first show, scheduled for August 4th, features "large bolders painted to look like M&Ms" as well as a trio of paintings from Dan Colen. Now the big question: Will they stick it out come winter? According to the owner, they're not sure just yet, "but [they] do have a fireplace." [GalleristNY]
