Now that Surf Lodge is no longer public enemy #1 in Montauk, area residents have turned their attention to Navy Beach, Solé East, and Ruschmeyer's. According to The East Hampton Star, complaints of loud music, honking horns and speeding vehicles have led to meetings between homeowners and local police hoping to find a solution. One Navy Road resident, in awesomely Montauk fashion, offered their own method for dealing with the problem by posting a sign proclaiming a greatly reduced speed limit that's "enforced by pitchfork."
