We sure hope that whoever's lined up to buy this place knows that the "ocean views" mentioned in the brokerbabble will soon be replaced with views of David Tepper's gargantuan estate. Though, we really can't imagine someone willing to purchase the 7500 sq. ft. traditional wouldn't have done their homework?especially since it's listed at $11.9M. At least they'll be able to direct their attention to the "wonderful vistas of open reserve" to the west. And hey, it is near the ocean. So, it's not like they'll be suffering too terribly much.
