With the topic of the confounding pricing of area homes fresh in everyone's minds, we wanted to draw your attention to yet another property that seems destined to languish without the injection of realistic expectations.
This "classic architect's inspired glass house" recently entered the market for $7.47M. It offers 3200 sq. ft. of living space, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a deck that overlooks a 51 foot-long (non-gunite) swimming pool with pool house. The only thing justifying (we use that word loosely) the price is the 1.9 acre property itself.
