Looks like builder-to-the-stars Joe Farrell is headed north again. On the heels of his successful Estates at Sagaponack Woods development, which helped bring the likes of MLB Network exec Tony Petitti to Sagg North, Farrell now brings us Oceanview Farm. But don't let the name fool you; the new seven-home development is hardly a stone's throw from the beach. However, the houses will still offer some south-of-the-highway appeal, including first-floor ocean views (seriously!), high-end finishes, and up to 6,500 square feet of living space. Farrell's waving the bait, and we're biting. So how much to get a piece of this enclave? Anywhere from $2.950 to $4.950 million. But the real question: When's Farrell gonna tackle the NoFo?
