Author Lists Her Sag Harbor Home For $1.695M

New, 3 comments

After more than two decades of living at 39 Suffolk Street, Priscilla Dunhill?an author of numerous garden and gardening books?has decided to put her 2400 sq. ft. residence on the market.

Built in around 1830, the historic cottage features a host of authentic details ("mantel frame doorway with transom and corner pilasters"), four bedrooms, a light-filled double parlor, a country kitchen with French doors opening to a garden, and a sitting room and office on the second floor. The .25 acre property also boasts a garage and stone terrace and is just a short walk to Sag Harbor's Main Street. Sadly, there's no pool...but the brokerbabble does mention that there's room for one.
