Proving at least a few Curbed readers wrong, the burger/sushi joint known as Banzai Burger is all set to reopen for the season this Memorial Day weekend. According to the release we were sent, they've "updated the décor, added new menu items, and will be introducing a new cocktail program." No mention of whether or not Steve Kasuba?one of the eatery's owners?has another transparent (yet amusing) PR stunt planned. [Previously, Curbed Hamptons]
