The listing agent, Prudential Douglas Elliman's Mosel Katzter, Emailed yesterday to share the news. The new owner, a stylist with clients that summer in the area, "bought it because of its proximity to the village and the beach, and because it felt like a happy home thanks to the 'good karma' of the previous owner." Kudos to Mr. Katzter on the sale (and for being so gentle when he rubbed it in).
