This Sunday is Mother's Day and you know what that means: Brunch! So, in the interest of keeping that familial unit strong, we've got a quintet of Hamptons eateries that the woman you don't call enough might enjoy.
ALMOND
When: 11:30am to 3pm
What: The menu looks incredibly tasty for Almond's Mother's Day Brunch?sweet ricotta stuffed French toast, macaroni & cheese with prosciutto and truffles, Chicken Apple Sausage & Eggs...it goes on. Throw in a complimentary bloody mary or mimosa for momma dukes and maybe she'll forget that time you stayed out all night and had her worried sick.
EAST HAMPTON POINT
When: 11:30am to 3pm
What: While they didn't have their usual Easter brunch (they hadn't opened for the season yet), you best believe that East Hampton Point will be doing something for the moms this weekend. They've got a buffet-style brunch that's $55 for adults and $35 for kids.
HARBOR BISTRO
When: 10am - 2pm
What: If you're looking for a less-pricey alternative to East Hampton Point this Sunday, the recently re-opened Harbor Bistro should do the trick. Their buffet is $29 per adult and $17 for kids under 12. Bloody Marys, mimosas, and bellinis will run ya $6.
NICK & TONI'S
When: 11:30am - 2pm
What: For those of you who really need to make up for a childhood spent giving your mom grey hair, treating her to Nick & Toni's should go a long way. Check out this partial menu: Brioche French toast with caramelized bananas, Frittata w/ shredded zucchini, soppresatta, and asiago cheese, and house-made breakfast pastries served with maple butter.
THE LIVING ROOM
When: 11am - 3pm
What: Celebrating Mother's Day in a restaurant called "The Living Room" seems rather fitting, no? This Sunday, c/o Maidstone's restaurant is offering a 3-course prix fixe for $65. The cost includes a glass of prosecco?mom can opt for some rosé, though.
