Barnes Landing Four-Bedroom Gets Its Third Chop In 10 Months

New, 2 comments

While the Clearwater Beach Association gets most of the coverage on Curbed Hamptons, there's another homeowner's association in Springs that offers its members a few sweet little amenities. Those living in Barnes Landing are granted access to a community deck perched above Gardiner's Bay plus a meeting house and beach walk stairway. And, in keeping with their mission statement to "promote, maintain and foster among the residents of the area, good fellowship, cooperation and interest in civic, social, and neighborhood affairs" the 50+ year old association holds events for its members throughout the year.

That being said, it looks like this homeowner is more than ready to move on. In the ten months that their 2000 square footer has been on the market, they've knocked more than 25% off the asking price.

Set on .3 acres, the "impeccably built" home offers a sun room, three bathrooms, a brick fireplace in the living room, central air, and first and second floor master bedrooms. Sadly, there's no pool. However, the bay is a block away so that might not be an issue.

If you're interested in seeing the place for yourself, there's an open house on Sunday, May 20th. If you do make it out to the showing, feel free to share your impressions with an Email to Curbed.
