We always appreciate when the brokerbabble is somewhat realistic when describing the property. Case in point: The listing copy for this four-bedroom traditional notes that it "could be great with a little TLC." Though saying "a little" might be an incredible understatement?the 2700 sq. ft. house has definitely seen better days?we do agree that it "could be great." Invest in some landscaping, a new pool (if you just have to have gunite), some new flooring and an updated kitchen and you've got yourself a nice little Sagaponack abode to call your own. Just leave the staircase alone. We're digging that thing.
