This week's Pricespotter was akin to "Goldilocks and the Three Bears." One of the guesses was way under ("I could see them settling for about $75K"), another was way over ("275k for the season") and the final estimate was just about right ("It might get $125").
And, true to form, Curbed readers couldn't let a house go by without voicing some of their complaints: "Since when did 'chic' become the new word for teeny when it comes to the kitchen - it's the ballbreaker here. I can't see anyone who wants to entertain putting up with a kitchen like that, especially sitting behind a wall" and "I think it's located *right* next to a public path to the beach--seeing people walk by all day kind of spoils the view."
