Located very close to another listing we recently featured is this 1200 sq. ft. cottage in the Pine Neck section of Noyack. It features wood flooring throughout (which, sadly, matches the wood-paneled walls), a nice-sized living room, a dining room surrounded by windows, at least one skylight (from what we can see) and a full basement. The property itself is only .2 acres, but contains a handful of mature trees and manages to squeeze in both a deck and a detached garage. It would definitely benefit from having a little work done, but it might be worth the investment to have a place only two tenths of a mile from a bay beach.
This was actually one of the houses that the real estate blog "Old Houses For Fun & Profit" saw during a recent trip to the area?she considered it the "pick of the bunch for value." The listing agent for the place agrees with that sentiment and calls it "priced to sell." What do you think?
