Southampton Village Review has been relatively quiet these past few months and with good reason. The blog's editor, Sally Spanburgh, has been hard at work on The Southampton Cottages of Gin Lane?a book chronicling the "stories behind the construction, preservation and lives" of some of the East End's more memorable summer homes. The 160-page paperback is in stores (and online retailers) now.
