This Award-Winner's Owner Really Didn't Want To Take A Loss

New, 4 comments

This Henri Gueron-designed two-bedroom has made an appearance on Curbed before, but not much attention was given to its rather depressing pricing history. After purchasing the home in 2006 for $725K, the owner put it back on the market for $825K about three years later. Since then, the AIA's National Home Design Award-winner has undergone a series of rather timid pricechops and a couple of overly-optimistic priceups. Eight changes in price later, the home is now asking $699K. Think they'll finally find a buyer or is this 40-year-old house destined to languish even longer?
