Although this 2400 sq. ft. traditional has been looking for a buyer for more than two years at this point, it has yet to see a pricechop. The ask has remained at $995K since the home's first appearance on the market back in February of 2010. It makes sense?considering that the owners paid $755K and it's "newly renovated", dropping the price any lower might mean taking a loss.
The home itself is nicely understated, cozy even. It's located on "spacious, cleared acre, on a quiet cul de sac street" and offers a den with a fireplace, an attached two-car garage and an updated kitchen. There's also a nice little brick patio surrounding the heated pool out back. The only concern might be that borders a horse farm, but it does look to be relatively well shielded from the activity. And, if you're a horse person, consider it a bonus.
