It's Pricechop Number 3 For This Three-Bedroom In Springs

New, 3 comments

If the $600K worth of pricechops this three-bedroom has received in the last ten months are any indication, the owner is ready to move on (if they haven't already).

The "impeccably maintained" 3000 sq. ft. home offers exposed heart pine beams, a rather sizable stone fireplace, an updated kitchen, white oak and limestone floors throughout, scads of windows as well as a balcony off the master suite. The post and beam construction also boasts walls of French doors that open to rolling lawns, 180 newly planted mature and flowering trees and?what else??a gunite pool.

The $2.195M ask might seem outlandish for a residence in Springs (we tend to associate the area with our Under 500K club) were it not for the massive five acre parcel and 113' of frontage on Accabonac Harbor. Definitely a nice piece of property, but will this most recent price change be enough to find a buyer or is another chop in the cards?
