A 1929 Bridgehampton Cottage Asking $995K

New, 4 comments

While we're not too crazy about the location of this three-bedroom?the traffic near the Sag Harbor Turnpike and Montauk Highway intersection is only going to get worse?we absolutely agree with the brokerbabble's claim that it's "ever so charming." The shingle-style home offers 1800 sq. ft. of living space, original trim and windows, a front porch, a covered outdoor dining area, mature landscaping, a "lovely garden" and room for a pool. The two-car garage has also been converted into a "summer living room", complete with exposed beams and space enough to dine. See? Charming.
