Meet The East End's Most Expensive Property In Foreclosure

New, 2 comments

The NY Post is reporting that this North Sea seven-bedroom is "the largest and most expensive property currently in foreclosure on Long Island's East End." Built in 2008 by Eric Keller after he subdivided his land (he still lives next door), the home went to JP Morgan last October after a last ditch short sale for $2.5M yielded no takers. The foreclosure broker now in charge of the property plans to re-list the 9000 sq. ft. home for "roughly $1.8 million to $2 million."
