One surefire way to know that summer is fast approaching is when the seasonal restaurants remove the shutters and start serving again. The first one to rejoin the fray this year is The Clam Bar in Amagansett. Starting today, the 30+ year old eatery on Montauk Highway will be open on the weekends...weather permitting, of course.
