More Than A Year Later, 44 Talmage Lane Finds A Buyer

It may have taken a little while to find a buyer for this Larry Kane four-bedroom home on Talmage Lane, but you may be surprised to learn that doing so didn't require the usual series of pricechops. It first joined the market last January asking $3.175M and eventually hit $2.895M before being listed as "In Contract"?a discount of only $280K. Considering the number and size of the chops some area homes have received (many of which remain unsold), the seller of this particular residence must be feeling pretty good right about now. Granted, you can expect the purchase price will be lower than the final listed ask, but not by much. Anyone care to venture a guess as to what it might be?
