Since we're already in the neighborhood and talking about pricechops, we thought you might be interested to know that the Shagwong Restaurant is now asking $3.5M. The last time we mentioned the "iconic" restaurant, the pricetag had just been dropped to $4.5M (down from an initial $6.5M). However, it looks like the owner is quite motived as they knocked off another $1M via a pair of chops about a month later. In fact, according to the listing agent, they'd be open to "some owner financing for qualified buyers." So...who wants to get into the restaurant biz? [Previously, HREO]
