Another Sagaponack McMansion Hits The Market For $6.835M

The brokerbabble describes this as "completely perfect" but we're more inclined to label it as a perfect example of the type of boring construction that has slowly taken over the Hamptons. From the listing:

"...two-story traditional home features six bedrooms, seven and one half baths, huge kitchen with high end appliances, formal dining, den and living rooms with fireplaces, additional second story living room with kitchenette, attached garage, heated gunite pool and magnificent landscaping. The master suite is on the main floor and the home is located on a quiet cul de sac very south of the highway in Sagaponack."Some variation of that exact copy could be used to describe any number south-of-the-highway homes in the area. From the snoozeworthy facade to the forgettable decor, nothing about this place is interesting. Hell, even the name of its street is boring: Seascape Lane. Don't get us wrong?it's a perfectly nice high-end home that'll make some newly rich hedge funder quite happy. It just makes us want lay down and take a nap. It's like the Thomas Kinkade of real estate.
