This week's house didn't exactly inspire the Curbed readership to heights of estimation ecstasy. The two that did hazard a guess were both off by about the same amount?just in opposite directions. They may have been on polar ends of the pricing spectrum, but they did share a common dislike for the place. One referred to the place as "dated" while the other went with the good ol' CH standby and called it a "teardown".
